Solved Navbar Vanished

I was on my chatbox, and I refreshed the page, and my navbar was gone. I asked my admin, who was working on the CSS for a custom cursor, if he could have had anything to do with it, and he assured me he did not.

Has anyone else experienced this problem today? Do you know how to fix it?

Just use the defaul CSS copy it and paste it..
