Solved Tapatalk

Hi guys i want to install Tapatalk on to my forum but i dont know were to start , could some one give me an idiots guide to install this application as i have a few forum members who want to use there i phones etc etc and apprantly this is the best system to do so .
Ive downloaded the app to my laptop but not sure were or what to do next Sad
