How do I get ride of "upgrade Pro" picture?

So I keep getting these upgrade to pro everytime I install this theme. Is there any way I can get rid of these? Here are some screens:

The only way to remove them is finding another host for the pictures. Was this one of Jalokim's themes you picked? If so please find another theme since there is no way to get the images back.

Isn't there a way to change the theme somehow? I have the same problem and I would like to have a plain color, instead of a picture or the never-vanishing "Upgrade to Pro today".

You would need to pick another theme as the maker isn't going to remove the upgrade to pro.
