Moderation Queue for Post

I don't know how to (if its possible) to make a topic queue in one of my catergories.

Example: User makes topic and clicks send, then the topic goes into moderation queue, moderator has to accept topic for topic to be posted.

I can't seem to figure this out, does anyone know how to do this?

Okay, there is not a automatic way of that.

However, a longer way is this.

Create a forum, wherein users have permissions to reply to topic. But, they can't open topics.
Now make a thread in that forum, so users will reply to that topic.
Then you can split the posts so as to make them a single thread in that forum.

Hmm.. I'm trying to get it so their post is hidden and I can see it and then accept it so everyone can then view it.. Its complicated

Oh, no way? I've done it on my forum. So that only staff can see messages and open topics.

You will have to create a "Start a Topic" thread, with a link to the reply box in a started thread that only staff can see. If the topic is approved, they will move it to the forum it's supposed to be in.

That would mean you are using the hidden tags for the post which only allow users who post in the topic to see it or who are on staff.

I'm a little confused here.. Would this work or not?
