Can I change this:
Free forums | ©️ phpBB | Free forum support | Statistics | Links | Report an abuse, which is located at the bottom of the page with something like this: Support from Forumotion (+ link) | And then my ads?
I know how, but I want to ask will there be a problem to do it?

They are breaking the TOS, if they changed the footer. Do you want to risk your forum being deleted for such a reason?
