Explain how to Sticky (solved thanks to darren)

Hey i read the Faq and all but i still dont understand how to stick and i looked everywhere for it but cant seem to find the option even on the main 'Admin' account if someone could explain how to get the sticky command that would help alot.

You have to have the permissions set for it in the acp.
if you are a admin/founder you should already automatically have it on.

So you will see the option in the bottom of your subject board for when you start a new topic or edit someones else post topic.

you just click off the box or circle where it says sticky.
you will also have options for announcement and global announcements right next to it.

I went on founders account but the option is still not there its got stuff about polls but nothing about sticky

The issue here is that you're missing the "=" and "-" buttons
Head to: Admin panel >> Display > Pics management / Advanced mode > Mini Icons > Locate the + & - options And add this link in the + box https://2img.net/i/fa/subsilver/tabs_more.gif
And this link in the - box : https://2img.net/i/fa/subsilver/tabs_less.gif
Now Save & check if it works
