I was wondering if it is possible...
Instead of the (+) and (-) we have on "Reputation" , is there a way to change it to "Like" and "Dislike"??

You can do this: https://help.forumotion.com/tricks-tips-f32/change-the-reputation-bar-t48922.htm but will need to make images for it though.
