Background can't change Empty Background can't change

So today I decided to change my forum skin and style. But it turned out that my members liked the old skin better, and I restored my forum to the previous day.
After the restoration I wanted to change the background of the forum, but when I put it, and refreshed the page - it wasn't changed.
The Logo or any other parts from the skin can't be changed either. This actually happens to me for the 2nd time.
Somebody knows how can I fix this?

Have you tried CTRL + F5
Or resynchronizing your forum.
