css problem back

well my theme was temporarily fixed but has once again for no apparent reason gone back to blue and grey sub silver theme, despite the fact it is showing my girltalk theme css in the css modifications part. I think my forum really needs to be looked at by a tech please.

The tech is on it, surely a favorable issue will be found shortly

no its still not showing right, and now the same thing happened when i came onto this forum, everything showed white (fixed though when i pressed ctrl F5, but i cant keep asking members to do that all the time and for some even that doesnt work). sorry to be such a pain

I've spoke to the tech about it that assures me the issue should be fixed.
Could you please show me a screenshot of the issue?
