Private Messages disappeared? Empty Private Messages disappeared?

I have a member complaining that during the last week her second page of PM's has disappeared.
I cannot find anything about it in the forum and no one else has mentioned anything similar.
Please note that this seems to have happened after this member was removed from the moderators group.
Any idea?

Hello chouzouris,

Private messages can disappear if the inbox is full. The oldest messages will be deleted as the new messages come in. Is this the case with your member? Smile

I am afraid not. She says that her inbox was not full but in fact all second pages from her private messages inboxes have been deleted...

If it helps, you could try restoring your forum using the Utilities. This sounds like a technical bug than anything else. scratch

Actually I don' t want to do this because I will then lose all last messages in my forum...
