Bolding on home page

hello,
i have a problem with the apearance of the home page.
I used in the begining phpbb3 version because the design was more attractive, but last week i found that the home page was all bold, users name, forums, details and all info was bolded.

i tried changing the text style, the theme, the version default style, but nothing worked. In the end i changed to phpbb2 version and this way it is ok.

do you have any solution for this issue?
