Disable Avatar Gallery Option for Members

I would like to ask a few questions regarding the avatar facility available on the phpbb 3 forum.
1) Would it be possible to disable the avatar gallery option for members in their profile? How do I do that?
2) Is it possible to create my own avatars and only enable members to choose the avatars I create rather than the avatar already available on the forum?
If both questions are not beyond the bounds of posibility, how do I do as requested? I would like to limit the avatr options so that members can only select avatars that fit the topic discussion on my forum. Thanks in advance.

Well , You can go to Admin panel > Style > Avatar Gallery > Disable.
To create your own Avatar Gallery:
Admin panel > Style > Personal Avatar > Browse
