Hi.
Loads of my members are being hacked. D:
And even if they change their passwords,
They still get hacked. Crying or Very sad
The hackers have some kinda programme which'll let them just hack people..
We can see where these hackers are from, on our map-thingy. :|
And we just had 2 from Ukraine and Canada..
Is there any way we can prevent this...?

Thanks.

Exactly Google Map does not correctly shows members' locations. For an example: It shows me in California, but I live in Texas.

I've always followed those precautions, yet this still happens. :[

Tell your users to make secure passwords 8-12 characters, with NUMBERS and LETTERS just mixed up very well.

what exactly is happening to them when you say they are hacked.

and if you know who the hackers are, then ban the accounts.

Other then that you will have to give exact details, because it's not telling us much, just that you supposedly have members being hacked.. why hack the members and not the forum for one?

Please explain as much as you can so we can try to help or suggest the best solution.

Okay,

Last year, this girl (as far as I know..) hacked my forum by the name of McKaylaBlue12. She destroyed everything, members, layout ~ it was totally wiped from the database. But we managed to get it back by reporting it.
Recently, one of my members has apparently spoke up to say that they knew this person in real life, and she hates her a LOT. So, this McKayla character started hacking her BAD. This girl has quit now from my forum because of this, because when the hacker seemed to get onto her account she kept changing her password, therefore enabling her to get into her account. No matter what passwords she changed it to, even the most difficult password, the hacker still got in. We believed she might have a system that lets her do this, but we're do not know if such a system exists.
Lately, some of my other members have been hacked, but not as bad as this one girl. I recently got a PM saying:

HEY TEST! I HACKED INTO THIS ACCOUNT. YOU WILL NEVER KNOW WHO I AM!! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA! QUIT BP! QUIT BGF! QUIT BABV! I HATE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAHA!

She's been posting around with disturbing things recently. We've tried to deal with it best we could, though. The unfortunate thing is, this McKayla person is on another forum which I am on, so I'm quite concerned.
This might have started because I asked her about my hacking of my site last year, and of course, like all hackers do, defended that she definitely didn't do it. Then I started to receive other PMs both on my and this other site saying that she didn't hack my forum.. It turns out she hacked onto their accounts and tried to defend herself, obviously. I didn't believe for one moment that those were true, though. And it turns out, on the account the hacker hacked onto on my website, bears an avatar and signature of a member on another site which sent me that pm.. so she might have 2 accounts on that website. I think I will report this to the admin.
What I have done to try and prevent this from further happening is ~

-Banned the girls account to try and stop her getting on.
-Banned the IP Address which I found on the posts which she posted.

~Is what I did alright?
All I am worried is that she's going to come back and do other things. :[

I hope I explained with as much detail as you wished(:
