Reading Member PMs

Is there anyway to do it? Someone joined my forum and asked me if I wanted to make mine a sister site, and I said no. Then it said she sent 12 PMs which I am assuming was spamming her site to my members. And I would like to find out the link to her website, and delete the message she sent my members if it was indeed spam.

There is a way for administrators to see the members' PMs (I won't tell you how ), but if he is honnest he won't (PMs are private messages)

I insist on the fact that reading other members' PMs is considered as an attack with the private life
