The size limit for user-added CSS is 64K.

A number of skins on Hitskin are poorly-designed and contain copies of an old version of the system CSS. If you were unfortunate enough to have chosen one of those skins, you will always have problems with your CSS. The best solution is to choose another skin. If you're technically-inclined, you can locate the old system CSS and remove it.

Since I noticed your CSS is in "full" format, you should consider minifying it, because all that extra space to increase readability is counting against that 64K limit. Make sure to save a backup of your original CSS before using this tool!

(I also checked out your board. Another solution is to get rid of some CSS3 stuff, because IMO you went overboard, and as a result your board is sluggish to the point of being unusable.)
