If anyone can help Id really appreciate it.

I dont normally have issues but for some reason I can't get my Background to show up on my site.

Adminstration Panel>>Display>>Pictures and Colors>>Pictures Management

Advanced Mode
General/Index tab
Background Picture [Page]
Enter your image url
Press Save
