The title says it all.

They give out free softwares and games

They have:
Fraps
adobe photoshop cs5
Adobe after effects AND A LOT MORE!

They are obviously violating with the rules.

I just misread the

I read the "an e-mail will be sent to the administrators of this forum" As something like they would get the report.
