When the guest wants to put their banner on the forum to another forum, he does not hold because of the unexplained all the forums that is. I ask to repair this problem!

I believe what he's trying to say is that when he tries to set up his commercial banner for his forum on another forum he fails in succeeding because administrators banned guests to post links.
