need help with member registration

hi, i have created a forum already and 5 people registered with it. However, succeeding people who registered is not appearing on the memberlist, im not sure if i did something wrong in the configuration. I am receiving emails about these people registering in the forum. please help.. tnx

Check to see if they are in the inactive list:

Administration Panel>>Users & Groups>>Users>>Inactive Users

I forgot, my friend also set up a forum and she's done with it, almost, however people cant register because it says on the page that,

"The administrator of this forum is processing a maintenance. You can't access this forum for the moment.

For more details, contact the administrator of this forum."

And she is the admin and done with it.
