The link doesn't work... could you perhaps give us a screenshot?

I am banned from that site. If you go and sign up on the forum's page at the top it is scrolling horizontal and says click here to upgrade to premium and you click it and it says put in your username. And then you buy it.

The upgrade page is a html page and then when you click on the "Buy now" it goes to a customised PayPal link which already has the senders details and amounts filled in.

You can access the html pages area by going to "Admin Panel > Modules > HTML & JAVASCRIPT - HTML pages management"

You would then have to create a suitable html page possibly using various css that already exists for the main part of the forum to maintain certain width and styles. On that page you would have to add the correct information and get the customised link. I'm not sure how you do that. Then all you would need to do is create a link to that html page in the announcements section and make it scroll or whatever you wanted it to do.

Then maybe avoid it, and learn some HTML.
If you own a forum... then its a good idea to learn some HTML.

You can use the WYSIWYG Editor... and its just like using Microsoft Word.
