Can't Connect Forum For 4 Days

Hi friends,

Can't connect our community (www.acmilanturkiye.org) for 4 days.

Only if using proxy it seems ok.

Is there a local server problem? Cause i can access many forumotion sites include here, our support forum...

Sure, checked with the latest versions of firefox ie9, chrome and opera. Also cleaned browser history and cache... Sadly nothing is changed.

Connection problem still goes on...

Well for my browser (Google Chrome) is working fine i check you forum may i ask what error message will pop out if you connect on your forum site ?

There are no error message or any other info Piston. Just none of these browsers don't connect and open the site for last 2 days. And currently problem goes on.

Can some techs help about the problem?

Hi, this could be an issue with your ISP. Are you possibly the ISP "Sky?"

Problem sadly goes on... 3 days left and can't open the site friends...

I'm using a paid domain name (which i renew every year from forumotion since 2007) So i can't change my domain name neither i can't access the admin panel.

Is it possible to contact typlo or techs can do a change (server) about it?

Hi, I can also connect to your forum just fine so I don't think it's a problem with Forumotion. Try clearing your cache: https://help.forumotion.com/t22597-how-to-clear-the-cache-in-firefox-internet-explore-chrome

Very strange situation...

Believe me or not, i cleaned cache-browser history-cookies more than fifty times in last 3 days, checked with other computers but no way =(

Our members also can't access to site, they say page doesn't load... just white page.

I tried to change my dns number, still can't open the site and can't login to my admin panel...

I will be very happy if godfather or techs may know about the situation...

Yes, i notice that with anonymouse.org, or any other proxy-hiding site i can see the site...

I checked the problem little bit and see that there are some forumotion sites which are having exactly the same problem. Like; http://adrenalin.fforum.biz, http://secretworld.ace.st, http://lisatamas.yetkin-forum.com

I can access many forumotion sites (include here our support forum) so the problem is not about forumotion, in my opinion it's about some forumotion links-domains...

So if it's possible for techs to change my forumotion link name to an another working one, and than attached my domain name acmilanturkiye.org (i bought and renew from forumotion) to new one, probably problem will solve.

2 days left after my last message, and i know we are not allowed to flood in 24 hours.

Are there any news about domain problem? Cause i (and our members) still can't view our site and because of the problem i can't log in to my admin panel.

Just white page and connection problem...

Ask any trusted friend of yours to access your site & login into the admin panel using your admin account & change the sub domain as you think it would work.

Hi Sanket,

I login to my admin panel via anonymouse.org, and checked the credit management tab.

At anytime you can delete your personalized domain name and retrieve your default domain name : http://acmilanturkiye.forumotion.com
For the moment you can't renew your personalized domain name....

and there is delete button under this notice.

Do you know if I have a chance for delete the custom domain name, change my forumotion sublink and than use our forumotion paid custom domain again? It seems I have 120 days for domain expire time. So I want to use it... Is it possible?

Dear Sanket,

Finally i changed my forumotion link to a new one via my admin panel www.acmilan-turkiye.forumotion.com now i can access the site without problem.

But i still can't login with my forumotion paid domain name www.acmilanturkiye.org is it possible for stuff to change its config to my new link?
