Disable Uploading Picture Option in member's profile? Empty Disable Uploading Picture Option in member's profile?

Is it possible to disable the uploading picture option for members in their profiles. If this is possible, how do I do that? Thanks in advance.

Even it is, they can always upload it in some other Post Image Website like 2Shared or ImageShack

i think the only way to disable it is to deactivate avatars which would mean they couldd't have any picture at all.
