Purchasing a Domain Name...

Ok, I "booked" a domain name and it says that the book is in process. Why and When do I have to wait for it to "process"?

if you buy any domain name from anywhere it can take 72 hours to become active. Keep checking back i am sure it will be working soon.

Ok thanks. When do I pay for it though?

I would need more information of what you actually did. If you mean "booked" as in "back ordered" you may not even get the domain, as the previous owner might not give it up. If you purchased the domain, you should have access to it within minutes, if not seconds. It can take up to 72 hours for the dns to update when changing the name servers. How much did you pay for the domain, and what is the name?

i payed £30+ something for myn for a year
after buying domain name it took less that a day (24 hours)
to get it working
also if you buy a domain name on a friday u might get it on monday
because as you know it says within 5 working days so dont cound saturday and sunday
