Different moderators to different forums?

Is there any way that I can make it so that certain mods can only moderate certain forums, and that other mods can moderate different forums, etc.

Yes, there is.

ACP > Users & Groups > Search Users > Find your mods name > Permissions > Find the forum they should moderate > Check "is moderator" > Save.

Yes, in the forums permissions controls, you can set who has the right to "Moderation"
Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Categories & forums > Permissions
