email received with no content

Hi

I paid for domain registration with credits but my Domain name does not work

I believe i received a conformation email but it had no content

email address buydomain@forumotion.com

Subject تفعيل اسم النطاق nomadicmotorhomers....

And a blank screen for content

My days remaining for the registered Domain are reducing and as you can see by attached pic is does mention the .net domain

could you please help

It shows domain name expires in 365 days.

No 363 days as pic and I have just checked

It now shows the .net connection and seems to be working
