Passwords problems

I am also unable to sign in to the backup

When I try to send a new password for me it states wrong email address I have used all my email addresses to check

Everything seems to be wrong related to passwords

I am the owner of the site but I am not in control full it seems

could someone please help

I have just changed my main password in Profile succesfully but still not able to action the above
