Solved Lost their passwords

Hi all!
I am a new member's website where one day I suddenly lost my password log into administration!
And I can not retrieve your password is
"The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel> General Admin> Security"
Please help me how people can get the password for my forum!
