Passwords...

Hi there.
I can't access my 3 old forums.

For 2 of them, I have founder accounts and I have full access to them and so on, but I can't log in because I don't remember administrator password (in forum). And when I click ''i forgot the password'' it sends a password to one of my 100000 deleted mails.
What should I do? Is there a way to connect my forum account from founder tool accounts without having to type my forum password which I don't know and I can't change?

And the third forum - I click ''i forgot my password'' and I get a message that I can't get my password back because there is a stupid tool that disables admins to get my password back
HOWEVER, for that forum I don't remember what mail that forum's founder account has so I can't log in and disable that option
But I know that forum's administrator's mail and I have a full access to it
