can only the forum owner see the domain promo or can any admin see it.dont think ive received mine yet.

1.) There will be an option to force people off the old domain to the new one. If that's not set they can access it both ways. Still though if they type the old url they will still be redirected to the new one.

2.) No, it's only for 1 year.

3.) No, after the 1st you can't have another attempt at it.

4.) No, it'd never happen.
