Glow on main administrators name?

Its about admin name color shadow, i try css but nothing changed

It's working fine, what browser are you on? Not all of them support text-shadow.

firefox...always work fine before and i can see at other forum to but now not

It's white and barely visable cause of the color. If you change it to some other color you'll see it.
