Messages and Post Color problems

hey so i was wondering, dat im d main admin of a site, is der any way dat i can keep a tab on wat d ppl are sending as pms?

and secondly, hw can i change d colour of ranks, no of posts from white to something else?? (check image if u dint understand wat i meant)

Admin/Display/Colours

you can make changes there - make sure to save and export your design

you must go to admin panel - profiles

for example you want to change the color of posts click the look at my ss
all you have to do is click that and choose the color
