Smilies gone Empty Smilies gone

Hello,
all my smilies and all uploaded (as opposed to hotlinked) avatars are gone. The entries with the codes defined for them are still there, but there is NOWT in the image column. When I try to upload or hotlink a new file for them, it says "Error - none of your smilies was uploaded successfully". Apart from the minor fact that this is grammatically wrong ( Very Happy ) it just totally annoys me. I spent hours on uploading all these smilies! What happened? Why can't I re-upload them???

i think the problem is in the admin panel though i dont know more.

but try

admin>>style>>smilies>>
