Member cannot access board - please help

One of our members is unable to access our board or any of our urls connected to the board.

Is it just this one user that's affected?

Do you know what error is given when this user logs in?
If an error code (IE: #401) is given that would be useful too

Okay, she is not good with computers. She copied the screen - and put this in chat for us - ååhhh nei og nei alt er på norsk

Can anyone read Norwegian - hey, I am trying to get more info. She is using Safari.
