Admin of new board asking how to help a member w/ log in problems.

I am writing in reference to this thread on your board.

The thread starter (Teddie) is a member at the forum I am an admin for.
I just found out she's been having problems logging in, as she said above.

We've only had this forum for a couple weeks. Our owner lives overseas and isn't on all the time. Does she have to come here to get any help? Or is there something I as an admin can do? Thanks.
