FM Chat not working on Internet Explorer Empty FM Chat not working on Internet Explorer

Well when I was on I.E the pop up chat would not display.

However I went on Chrome and it worked.

The thing is many users use I.E so it's not really an option to just say "Switch Browser" or sorry cannot access the chat.

Any tips on how to solve this?
