How to move or copy data from 1 forum to other?

Hello friends!

We need to move or copy all data (users & topics,posts)

Users 20.000+
Posts 1 Mil.

We need to move or copy from foroactivo.net to IP Board forum. We will have 2 active forum Foroactivo and IP Board with same data!

Can somebody help us?
