How do I make a group be able to access the admin panel
Hey, I'm the owner of www.thegamercore.com and I'm wondering how I could make my group developer able to access the admin panel. Thanks..

Re: How do I make a group be able to access the admin panel
Go to ACP - Users & Groups - Group Administration
Find Administrators
Then click the gear button to modify the group.
Add the username you want there.

I don't want them to be an admin. I just want them to access the admin control panel from a different group.

Re: How do I make a group be able to access the admin panel
You could add them to that group and then create another group and have that as there primary rank for example I am not an "Admin" on a forum I go on however I do have access to the Admin CP because I am in the Admin group, however I am displayed in another group.
You could create a group to display Admins so for example. The group named "Administrators" you could make that hidden and then create a group called "Admins" for the admins and then create a group called for example "Graphic designers"
All you have to do is make the group where you add people to the admin panel hidden and then create an admin group and a whatever other group you want.
So in a sense they won't be seen as an admin but something else to members. Only you and your staff will know.
