Solved Html?

How do I enable html? Evrsoft wants me to add a link to my page looking like this

but everytime I paste into a thread (my terms of use) so if should be read by everyone it shows the code. I have also added the <html> @ beginning and </html> @ end of the code and it still didn't work. I am currently running phpbb3 I do not know if I cant use in it or not.

Closed, sorry didn't know I had to allow html in my profile, as well as the admin panel >.<. Figured out sorry for wasting anyones time. Still need help on the meta tag one subject down though Very Happy
