HTML ??
So, to let people see html in posts, they ALL have to go into their profiles and change it to ON?
Honestly, whats the point of this functionality in this case???! Is there anyway to change that?

I think if you enable HTML in the ACP, then it is turned on by default for all new registered members at the time of joining when the option was enabled but older users will have to change manually I think, I cannot be a 100% sure though.

Re: HTML ??
Do you mean does the HTML parse for them ? If HTML is enabled on your forum, then it will parse for everyone. The option in the profile and posts is only for usage.PA wrote:That would be useful...

That's the strange thing.
The HTML option is ON for me. It's ON for the forum.
But no one except the people who have the html option ON on their profiles can see the HTML!

Re: HTML ??
If there isn't a way to do this, it's a rather big flaw in the system...
All 556 of my members will have to toggle html on in order to see a post I made...

Re: HTML ??
Hello,
The option in the Admin Panel must be on. By the time you turn that function on, then all new members who register to your forum will see the HTML normally. Also guests see the HTML on. But for the posts that have been posted before you turned on the function, it won't be on. All old members must change it through their profile. You need to send a pm to all your members and let them know how they can change it through their profile so they would be able to see the HTML. That's how the system works.
