No, that's the only editor you'll get on FM. A new version of the editor was annonounced but not jet relased.

there is also another type....

goto ACP=>General=>Messages and Emails=>announcements=>

in there click on and disable the HTML editor..then u can see a new type like this

I'm actually aware of that since a fiew years That's the AP's editor. You can't use it in posts.
