Issue with Text Editor

maybe it should be the same as me.
because I found this problem too.

Few days ago, my members reported that editor panel is too long (like it show both bbcode mode and WYSIWYG mode at the same time)

and If they write something from the top of panel, after submitted, everything will be gone and nothing has changed.

so they try to start writing something at the middle of panel (when making random clicked on panel, the cursor suddenly showed at the middle), it works. However, This is quite an inconvenience for used
