Drop-Down List Problems

I'm seriously confused, the list won't appear and if I change the title of drop-down list, link here, and selection title, I get the names >.>. The codes got change to names when I typed it.

Removed this from the code -  . Do you have more than one drop-down list on the forum?

No that code won't work in the CSS stylesheet its not CSS coding, that will go anywhere that allows HTML.
