Question about banning a member

Hello, I have a question.

Is it illegal to ban someone without a reason, because you don't like him or trust him? Is there a difference on that matter between paid registration sites and free registration sites? I'd like some info on that. Thanks.

Hi okay this may help you on your problem.

The forum owner / founder has every right to ban a member for whatever reason they wish there is now low or rules about what you do about banning some one you just don't like. but Note if you ban some one and they have a rolling ip address they only have to reboot there modem and the ip address will not be the same and the ban will not be held ok the Email ban will hold thou.

If you ban some one and it's only down to you not liking them then they may try and spam your forum and make your life hell but it's really 100% upto you if you ban them or not we can not make you have some one you don't like on your forum..

Bottom line is it's your forum and you can welcome or remove who you like when you like.

Acctualy I banned someone for very good reasons but now she threatens that she will sue me for banning her without a reason lmao. Anyway, thanks guys
