Emoticons next to rank name?

Is there a way to put Emoticons next to your rank name? Or for group members?
As a rank name or group member, I mean in every post is it possible for your username to have an emoticon next to it?
You can colour them, but can you place a Emoticon next to them?

I found it. Icon-Before-Username
The icon appears after and before, different spots have after and before.
