Hi,
It's not possible. The only thing you can do is a thread were you can approve what so ever you want, then you can move it to where ever.

You can create a thread and have the members post there and wait for approval. (Splitting of topic).

guess i need to make it a suggestion. i see that on a large majarity of forums now days though.
