    I am wondering if there is a code that you can add so on some Forums i can make it so only some people can make threads/topics and anyone can post a reply.

    Example in case you don't get what i mean: I come on this forum and i make a thread/topic in a forum it says i can't, then i find a thread that was made by a mod/admin and i can post but i can't make topics/threads.

    This is done by a forum's permissions.

    Administration Panel > General > Forum > Categories & Forums

    When your topic has been solved, ensure you mark the topic solved.
    Never post your email in public.
