How to revert back to the old domain?
My academy is called Medieval Chaos Academy and its old domain is http://medievalchaos.forumtl.com/forum and is now running with the domain http://medievalchaos.net/forum. Can I ask if my domain would close if a year transpires and when I changed it, I haven't payed it? I'm a bit confused. Do you have to pay the custom domain since no one charged me of it and if it does and after a year without paying, it'll close, please tell me how to revert it back to the normal.

Moved to the "Credits & Domain Names Problems" section.
Hello,
OK so if I'm not mistaken :
You won a free domain name due to the activity of your forum and now you ask what will happen after 1 year ?

Yes. I saw a post about a forum getting deleted or whatever and I'm afraid I might lose my academy since we worked hard on it and actually got to be one of Forumotion's most active forums for awhile, and one of the top 10 forums so it'll be a waste to lose it -_-"
Re: How to revert back to the old domain?
Oh no, never
You don't risk to lose you forum at all !
First, your forum will still be available on its base URL http://medievalchaos.forumtl.com, ,whatever may happen with your personalized domain name.
Then, there are 2 possibilities for the renewal of your domain name.
1st case : your forum remained as active during a whole year, you win a free renewal.
2nd case : your forum has lost its activity (or has got illegal content) you have to purchase your renewal for 1600 credits.
If you chose to not renew your domain name, or even to remove it, your forum will be only available on its base URL and nothing will change on it.

Re: How to revert back to the old domain?
I got scared about the 1600 credits stuff ._."
But yeah, we're active. We're increasing to the top again since we just got back to top 10 due to a major downfall of inactivity because of school for most our parts.
And thanks, Topic Solved
