Hi. I want to know how I can get this specific forum deleted because it promotes hacking and gives hacking tools to go along with it. What can be done? I filled out a litigation form before posting this.

The only way to report a forum is through the litigation tool, which you have done so. Now all we can do is wait and see if the litigation team decides to take any action. If the forum in question is indeed breaking our terms of service then it will be banned.
