Hello, a website running on your services are engaged in illegal activities

The owner of Link Removed is currently providing a program that steals our users login credentials when they run it, and it also adds a keylogger onto their systems.  Please shut this website down immediately or legal action will have to be done against your services.  We hope to resolve this in a friendly manner asap.

I was going to use this to submit a report, but the way it is worded, only the administrator of the website i am reporting will read the complaint.  It is the administrator of the board that is engaged in these illegal activities.
