How to?? Put a link in a category

Hy guyz, sory if i express myself wrongly, i don't know wat title to put

SO my problem is, i want to put a link in a category, like replacing a forum by a link, check the picture below:

do you mean like a redirect forum? where clicking it takes you somewhere else? if so this is not available with forumotion, but you an add links to forum descriptions using an HTML hyper link <a href="URL">TITLE</a>
